In summary, if you are ordering tables if sized other than the first 7 on this list, you maybe ought to measure and make sure you are getting the size you want,  The other tables listed here are not as common, but they can make a perfect fit when you need one. 

Adjustable Heights for ADA are also sometimes required for 5% of the tables you buy.
